Emily Richter is a Research Officer at BBC Media Action and has worked in the Research & Learning Group there for 3 years. Emily holds a MSc in Development Studies (Distinction) from the University of London and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Bristol. She has over 4 years of experience working in media and PR. Emily has a background in co-ordinating research operations for projects across Asia, Africa and Latin America. She has significant experience of developing research designs and of completing desk-based research for new and potential BBC Media Action projects. She has also conducted a range of qualitative and quantitative research within and outside of BBC Media Action. She is currently the Health Research Officer for a DFID global grant and works on a number of projects in Cambodia.
