C4D Focus/Experience

Strengthening capacity (all levels) in Community Conversations, for HIV/AIDS and other areas of complex social change. I am an experienced Participatory Action Researcher and Evaluator in C4D and Communication for Social Change (CFSC), having facilitated extensive capacity development in this area, particularly in East and Southern African contexts. I've worked on these issues across sectors. Keen interest in approaches informed by complexity and whole systems thinking. Current work includes strategic planning; evaluation, learning, social and organisational change, in C4D and wider development and humanitarian contexts. Extensive related work in Civil Society, academia and the UN.
