C4D Focus/Experience

I am the Communications, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (CMEL) Officer at the United Nations University (UNU) working on the Alliance 8.7 Knowledge Platform. Prior to this, I was the Communication for Development (C4D) Officer for two behavior change communication campaigns for the prevention of human trafficking in the Asia Pacific; the IOM X campaign at the International Organization for Migration, and MTV’s corporate social responsibility campaign, MTV EXIT. I have over seven years of experience working in media production, of which five have been focused on using communication tools and activities for development purposes. I have a Master of Science in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics.

    Hi Emily, I'm in town for work around 11th Nov and would be great to meet with C4D colleagues here. I've worked on several MNCH, economic reform, humanitarian and development projects using C4D tools, both as a consultant and my time with the UN. Will be great to share/hear C4D experiences with folks in East Asia. Meet you soon I hope!

    Hi Emily, Great stuff. Can I add the 14th to the Calender, what time and venue? I am going to suggest a mini events team for countries/region meetups so it's not a pressure on one person, and it's more fun that way, what do you think? Best Jackie
