My professional background includes communications & advocacy work in humanitarian emergencies, early recovery interventions & development programs - with the UN, an international NGO and a donor government. I currently lead the communications department at UNRWA in Gaza - consisting of a Public Information Office, UNRWA satellite TV (C4D) channel, outreach CWC & internal comms/portal teams.

    Pretty bummed that I will be missing it, but I had already promised to attend an alumni event that evening. I will definitely try to pop in for a bit at the beginning though - very convenient that it is so nearby. Looking forward to your email.

    Hi Jenn,

    Thank you for welcoming me to group. Yes, I would be happy to get in touch with them. Meeting them would be good so we can strengthen the C4D network here in the Philippines. Maybe we can also set a meet up for members here. =)

    I am currently working in the government for the peace process here and we have a current program that is being funded by AusAid on monitoring and transparency mechanisms. It would also be great to meet other members of the Asia group.
