C4D Focus/Experience

I have 13 years of experience in international development, primarily as a program manager with expertise in project design, proposal writing, program monitoring and reporting, and strategic communications. At one point in my career, I focused on Strategic Behavioral Communication (i.e. Communication for Behavior Change) in the public health sector, but currently focus more on knowledge management and strategic communications as part of institutional management (public relations, business development, internal communications, donor reporting). I have recently become a freelance consultant, so want to learn more about the latest in CD4 work, in order to better position myself and continue to learn/evolve in the field.

Role

I am currently a freelance consultant, with expertise in organizational development and capacity building within the context of international development. Prior to that, I worked for American international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and USAID, in addition to some short-term contracts for UN Agencies (WTO, FAO) and local organizations (FBOs, NGOs).
