I am a former newspaper journalist currently working in communications in the public service. I have previous experience in media development and communications for non-profits in Africa, Europe and North America. I have worked with CARE International, Journalists for Human Rights, Fahamu Networks for Social Change and Femmes Africa Solidarite. I have a master's degree in journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and an Hon. B.A. in political science and African studies from the University of Toronto.
