C4D Focus/Experience

I've gained over 8 years of experience in the development and international cooperation sector as a communications and press officer. My experiences were for a variety of actors, namely NGOs, social movements, a research center, bilateral cooperation and UN. I've been lucky to work in different countries (Belgium, Ecuador, Rwanda, Morocco and DRC) and in different domains, such as migration, gender, agricultural and rural development, WASH. Since 2013, I started applying the C4D principles in my work, and have become quite fond of participatory video and how social media can be used in development processes. With a background in journalism, I also enjoy working with the media a lot when implementing strategies and managing campaigns.
