As an enthusiastic multi-lingual communication professional with nine years of experience, I am driven to make a meaningful contribution to multicultural exchange. With an empathetic and a targeted approach, I have a track record in the design and delivery of effective strategic communication with diverse international groups and entities. These vary from rural communities in China to leadership teams in multinationals. My strength lies in connecting different parties to ensure successful development programme delivery from start to finish. In the translation from strategy to implementation and vice versa, I communicate in a people-oriented and transparent way to build strong and sustainable relationships. To achieve this, I employ my communication expertise, field experience, anthropological training and project management skills. I have travelled independently in development countries and have done voluntary work in remote parts of China. As a passionate professional, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and jointly making a positive impact.
