- Communications for development Research, developing, implementing and assessing communications for social change strategy in support to program’s needs, considering structural, cultural and individual level; use of innovative approach and tools. - Production of communication materials : Strong ability in channel mix production including video, radio, graphics, and community dialogues tools and web / innovative media. - Capacity building: Experience and skills on developing and implementing training strategy and plans based on audience needs around C4D topics such as social mobilization, media production and practice of social communication. - Media and journalism: Experience and ability to report and write a real life / human interest story, to document a process and to show a ‘human face’ of an implemented project. Use of a channel mix approach to do so (human interest story, pictures, video, etc.)
