C4D Focus/Experience
Media and communications for development specialists that operate as part of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. We mainly work in Asia and the Pacific on development assistance projects funded by AusAID. Our aim is to reinforce public interest media in this region and promote the role that C4D can play in achieving development goals such as the MDGs and Disaster Response and Risk Reduction.
Role
I am the Head of a group called ABC International Projects. We are part of the International Division within the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, which is Australia's largest national public broadcaster. We are a self-funded unit that relies on project-based work to operate.
