An independent consultant with 20 years experience with UNICEF, national and local governments and NGOs at national and international level. Proficient in Rights-based and Results-based programming, Communication for Development, Capacity Development (CD), Human Resource Development and partnerships. Facilitator, trainer, designer of training packages and able to relate with different audiences. Good at Staff Development and CD; merging the two, leads to Client Relationship Management a rare concept in Social Development and CSOs.
