C4D Focus/Experience
An experienced editor, writer and project manager, I take the lead on all editorial aspects within a consultancy of international development communication specialists. I ensure copy is relevant, engaging and produced to a professional standard. A specialist in digital storytelling and online communities, I have worked with clients such as DFID, IFPRI, ILRI and the IDRC. I am also responsible for coordinating content across the Research to Action website- an initiative that aims to raise capacity of researchers globally to develop policy relevant research which is shared and communicated effectively. I am also an experienced trainer. I have provided regular guest lectures on digital communication in global development at the University of Falmouth and I will be delivering training on presentation skills at the 16th Annual Global Development Conference in Morocco later this year.
