I am a highly creative and dynamic development communications and community development consultant operating across Southern and East Africa to deliver sustainable livelihood solutions for rural communities. I have more than twelve years multi-sector experience across media, public relations, NGOs and corporates, providing stakeholder relations, community needs assessments, community engagement and social impact reporting . My focus areas include environment, climate change, small-scale agriculture, food security, potable water, basic education, infrastructure, ecotourism, health and enterprise development. I offer a unique and authentic storytelling approach that involves in-depth field work to interview stakeholders and deliver meaningful qualitative results to strengthening programmes, provide donor accountability and assess sustainability. I work in diverse cultural settings and have a passion for upholding indigenous knowledge systems and cultural integrity. I am very comfortable working in remote, developing contexts and available for assignments that share my value systems anywhere in the world.
