C4D Focus/Experience

I work mostly with women in agricultural groups in a role of preparing farmer to farmer extension training for group members; for staff extension workers I try to help them in their roles to facilitate peer or farmer to farmer learning. I also do other evaluation type work for NGOs, and have helped NGOs plan projects for smallholder farmer community learning as well as around some horticultural interventions
