C4D Focus/Experience

I am interested in research based findings and practices. My main focus is in understanding the impact of radio programs, feedback mechanisms and program development through participatory tools and techniques. I worked on a four year research project in Nepal which came up with a Participatory M&E toolkit for organizations that make radio programs focused on social change. I co-authored and co-presented a paper in an international conference.

Role

I work in a NGO which produces and broadcasts different issues based radio programs for development. I work as monitoring and evaluation officer and I am responsible for different M&E activities. I plan M&E activities, develop M&E tools and also involve in executing M&E activities. Besides these I plan and facilitate trainings.
