C4D Focus/Experience

I am coordinating the Children and Youth C4D Network group and my main area of focus is in creative communications with children and youth. I am working with SOAS Radio, a Social Media Enterprise based at the School of Oriental Studies in London to develop a radio-based schools project, connecting young people in UK and Uganda to explore child protection issues. I am also working with Theatre for a Change, a charity based in London who support behaviour change and sexual health programmes in Malawi and Ghana. I am project managing the implementation of a radio drama training programme in Accra, which aims to support the voices of women and youth. I also have experience in designing participatory monitoring and evaluation processes with small children's charity Akosia, using film and media to share children's stories and capture data from young people.
