C4D Focus/Experience

My C4D expertise is in using participatory video and digital photo stories - primarily within the context of helping people reduce their risk to disasters and/or become more resilient to a changing climate. I have focused on designing each PV/digital story process within the context of the particular project or programme. My aim is that the use of PV and digital stories strengthen the internal and external capacity for those involved to be able to better advocate for the solutions they have identified to improve their lives.

Role

Currently I am a PhD student focusing on Participatory Video and citizen voice in an international development context. I previously worked with CARE International as the Climate Change Communications Officer
