Stacy specializes in the management of international development consultancies with a specialization in strategic communications and policy development. She has 15 years of management experience in multi-layered and complex projects from both the public and private sectors. She is an expert communicator having worked on social, political and corporate campaigns; she also appears often in and on international media as a commentator on US affairs. She has worked in West and East Africa, the Middle East, Europe and The Americas. Some of her past projects include communications and economic development – Reduction of Child Marriage, Communications capacity building, Inter-ministerial Communication Development Environmental Mainstreaming, Public Finance Reform, Basket Fund Development, National SME Policy, National Savings Mobilisation Policy, Media Sector Development and UNDP MDG Roadblocks Handbook. She has worked directly with international organisations, government donor partners and government ministries, additionally Stacy serves as a member of the C4D Network Advisory Board.
